Welcome to Black Woman Success Stories! I'm E.R. Spaulding, and I created this space with one powerful belief in mind: when Black women share their entrepreneurial journeys, mountains move.

I've been there.

Growing up in Chicago, I had an epic vision for my life by age seven. But even as I graduated as valedictorian and magna cum laude in college, I found myself making choices that pleased everyone but me. I fragmented my identity into separate compartments—work, family, friends—until I was exhausted from being 20 different people in one body.

That's when I realized: we don't have to choose. We can design integrated lives and businesses that honor ALL of who we are.

This platform exists because:

• Our victories deserve to be celebrated
